I was not in the state of Virginia on the date of the crime. I was at my home in North Carolina spending time with my family. I was convicted through pure hatred. There is nothing connecting me to this crime. Perk kit evidence vindicated me. Fingerprint evidence confiscated from the crime scene in exact places where the victim testified I touched did not match my fingerprints.
The victim's identification of me was made through an illegal photo line array presented to her by Detective A. Melchior, who lied to have me extradited from North Carolina by stating I lived in the same apartment complex where the crime took place with a person that does not exist. Proven false forensic experts were brought against me to testify contrary to innocent findings of a real forensic expert who tested original evidence through the "A.B.O. System". Proven D.N.A. evidence was fabricated against me in an attempt to cover up.
Proven false eyewitness was brought against me. Literally all of the state expert witnesses to include the false ones prejured themselves on the witness-stand. My lawyers sat there right beside me at trial with the innocent A.B.O. findings in their hand and did nothing to correct the false forensic expert's or perjurious testimonies of all the state expert witnesses. |
